The “Not-So-Small Print” (T’s & C’s)

At Coxtie Green Farm and Thomas Joseph Butchery, we don’t like the idea of small print. So we did away with it. Here we’ve outlined all the T’s & C’s that apply when placing an order, please don’t worry, you’re in safe hands :).

Intro
Thank you for visiting us here at Coxtie Green Farm, the aim of the site is to give you an invaluable user experience, offering you the opportunity to purchase our products, read up about us and also find valuable information on areas of interest. By visiting the site you are agreeing to the conditions set out from here on in, if at any time you do not agree then unfortunately we will have to part ways :( (don’t worry, it’s just a load of legal, paper work, mumbo jumbo he he).

1. Placing an Order, Becoming a Customer and Your Account
To place an order and become a customer, you must be over 18 years old, have an acceptable credit or debit card and be eligible for delivery within the area(s) that we offer. T’s & C’s apply from the moment you place an order and we reserve the right to decline an order or account application.

If you would like to, we offer customers the ability to set up an online account to make transactions seamless and even more user friendly. To access your account you will be given a username and a password that you should not share with others, the actions on your account are the sole responsibility of the account holder (you). If you feel that an unknown user has access to your account, inform us and we will take steps to rectify the issue.

2. Our Contract With You
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided, if the email address has been entered incorrectly, then we cannot be held responsible for you not receiving your confirmation email. It is your duty to check and enter your email address correctly.

Once the confirmation email is received, your order will be in process. If you need to change an item, amend delivery or cancel your order, you have 24 hours after the confirmation email has been received to do so. You may do this by emailing whatsup@coxtiegreenfarm.co.uk. After the 24 hours has surpassed, your order cannot be cancelled, if there is something categorically wrong, please call one of our customer support team on +44 7891 193515 and we will assist you.

If nobody is available at the time of delivery, the goods will be left in the secure spot (as outlined by you).

You will not be required for a signature. If your delivery is not accepted or refused, we do not take responsibility for this and can not offer a replacement. In the event that nobody is available to take delivery, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any issues that come to light from the consequence of the delivery being left unattended (this includes theft, tampering and contamination). It is your responsibility to be in on the day of delivery and have put in place arrangements for the delivery if you are not going to be at the address.
