At TJB we source Trenchmore Wagyu directly from their farm in Sussex. Naturally, we take whole bodies, dry-age them uniquely and butcher traditionally, leaving us with a serious selection of prime cuts. Combine that with the dry-aged steak trim we get from our Galician Beef and you have the makings of something a bit special.
Locally we're told its the best burger around, we think it's the dog's doo daa's!
