We only ever source offal from Coxtie Green Farm’s herd. It is very hard to determine where offal comes from if bought from an abattoir or wholesaler as all offal is inspected by a meat inspector and put to one side during the slaughter process. At this point it is a lottery determining who’s is who’s. We guarantee ours is our own by requesting it to be bagged and given to use as soon as the slaughter process has finished. That’s traceability!
