Nothing says Christmas quite like a ham or gammon. Only ever sourced from Blythburgh Free Range pork, our dry-cured gammon is something special.
Everyone has their own secret way of producing this wonderful centre piece and we are no stranger here. Our favourite way is to boil and then bake, covering the entire piece in a thick layer of marmalade - simply delicious!
Our gammon comes "horeshoe" style (boneless), simply select from the drop down if you wish for it to be smoked or unsmoked.
